Tesco-owned Fresh & Easy has introduced a red gluten-free icon, to help customers identify gluten-free products throughout its US stores.

Own labels to feature the symbol include Fresh & Easy Rice Spiral Rotini and Brown Rice Spaghetti. Fresh & Easy commented: “We’ve received a lot of questions about which of our products are gluten-free, so we created a simple way to identify them.”

Each icon features the words ‘Gluten-Free’ and directs shoppers to “ask the Kitchen Table for a complete list of gluten-free products.” The list includes all products that are free from gluten.
